I was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Then I came to the United States for undergraduate studies at University of Southern California, Los Angeles. I continued my PhD in USC and moved to University of Florida in 2021 for postdoctoral training.
I like traveling to national parks or other fun places whenever I can. I also love drinking boba, eating all kinds of food, and moderate hiking!
